consultation
Our owner, David Moreno, will visit your space to discuss your project in detail. He will provide expert suggestions and take field measurements. This comes at NO cost to you! After the consultation, please allow 24-48 hours to provide you with a detailed proposal.
contract
Thank you for believing in us and accepting our bid. The next step will be to sign the contract and schedule a start date. During this step, we ask for a 50% deposit to cover materials and put your project on our calendar.
Project
The fun part begins! Our expert craftsmen will arrive on site and start making your dream floor come to life. We do not use subcontractors. We keep our crew in house, which is another advantage when choosing us. We treat your home with respect and care, as if it were our own.
walkthrough
This is our favorite part of the process. We love seeing customer’s reactions when seeing the final product. You will be accompanied by our owner on the final walkthrough. He will provide you with information on floor maintenance and answer any questions you may have. Our main goal is customer satisfaction. Once you approve our work we ask for the remaining balance and a review on how we did.
